郭烈成5萬交保 屏檢擬提抗告

（中央社記者郭芷瑄屏東縣5日電）賣餿水油給食品廠的地下工廠負責人郭烈成被屏東地方法院裁定5萬元交保，屏東地檢署正在蒐集事證，有可能向院方提出抗告。

郭烈成回收餿水油賣給強冠食品廠及製造飼料油的進威公司，但屏東地方法院以新台幣5萬元交保，被外界認為「輕放」。

屏東地檢署表示，當初檢察官是諭令10萬元交保，但郭嫌喊窮，檢方於是聲押他，「不知道他跟法官怎麼說的，會以5萬元交保」。

由於媒體報導郭嫌出入以新賓士車代步，屏東地檢署正在蒐集一些新的事證，有可能向法院提出抗告。1030905
