八里雙屍命案　謝依涵二審仍判死

喧騰一時的八里雙屍命案，經上訴台灣高等法院審理後在今（5）日宣判，涉案主嫌謝依涵仍舊被依強盜殺人罪，判決應執行死刑。全案仍可上訴。

針對謝依涵所涉案情，二審的台灣高等法院在審理後撤銷士林地方法院一審原來僅依一個強盜殺人罪判處死刑的判決；改以針對殺害陳進福部份判處無期徒刑、殺害張翠萍部份死刑。

不過對於高院二審判決，死者陳進福家屬表示不能接受，而張翠萍家屬則表示，「讓司法正義回歸社會。」
