不願透露產品流向　工研、佛晨均將遭罰

衛福部食藥署今早公布，全台使用強冠企業生產的劣質豬油業者共235家，其中有味王、工研、皇品、佛晨、美加源等5家業者公司設於台北市。台北市衛生局長林奇宏表示，經清查味王共進貨345桶，製成咖哩豬、咖哩牛、咖哩雞等調味袋，已要求業者下架回收，且經查味王還剩餘102桶全統香豬油，以及8萬7000包半成品（泡麵油包），目前尚未流入市面，都已一併封存。
 
北市衛生局食品藥物管理處長邱秀儀說，味全公司今又主動通報，最新統計共進貨全統香豬油20.85噸，全台已回收12項產品共19萬罐產品。
 
邱秀儀說，另設於北市的工研整合行銷公司，委託強冠企業製造「合將香豬油」15公斤裝，共4611桶，以及食用油脂批發業的佛晨公司，因向強冠企業進貨453桶，雖已退回115桶，但其他338桶不知去向，這兩家公司因不透露下游業者，將依《食品安全衛生管理法》開罰3萬到300萬元，且不排除以最高金額重罰業者。（沈能元／台北報導）
