台中富商為何慘死？　謝源信：他太吵

台中富商施家金綁架撕票案主嫌謝源信雖然已經在5日晚間押解回台，但命案真相卻始終成謎；謝源信向警方表示，一開始並沒有打算要施家金的命，是因為施家金太吵，才不小心殺死。

謝源信表示，他原本是預定要將施家金載往台南玉井山區丟棄，再讓施家金的家屬找回；但沒想到施家金在後行李廂不斷用腳猛踢，吵得讓他很火大，才多次下車拿刀刺施家金，結果到目的地一打開後行李箱，施家金就死了。

而對於相關案情，謝源信表示，全部都是他一個人策劃所為，被收押的林志維和鄭靖達都是被他「騙」來犯案的，希望法官趕快判他死刑。
