7月底的時候分期買一台機車

9月初打給我說我的車8月5號被過戶了公司有規定分期期間不能過戶已經違約了

所以叫我3天內付全額否則要提告!

我也跟他說車子在我這邊證件也在要怎麼被過戶?

他就說有事情再去跟法官解釋

隔天也有打電話去問監理站監理站也說車子還在我名下!!

我還要理他嗎

怕真的被告還要走一趟
