怕會玷污聖潔的靈魂！男丟表哥上百套A片　竟遭他提告

「A片會玷污聖潔的靈魂！」一名男子因為其表哥涉嫌販賣色情光碟，遭法院裁定收押禁見，原本租屋的房子得退租，他便幫忙表哥搬離相關物品。不料卻發現房內有上百套「性學寶典」A片，之後擅自丟棄，表哥回來後發現物品遭丟，竟怒告表弟侵占。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，該名表弟遭表哥提告後，他向檢警供稱，一方面因為家裡空間太小，再加上家中有親戚是基督徒，因為信奉基督教教義，他擔心這些「A片會玷污聖潔的靈魂！」才會決定將這些上百套的「性學寶典」、竊聽器等物品丟棄。

檢方調查後發現，其他家屬也出面作證，並基於宗教考量和家中空間不足，表弟並無侵占物品的嫌疑，因此檢方做出不起訴處分。
