第14號颱風生成　名「風神」

原位於琉球附近海面的熱帶性低氣壓，今天上午發展成為第14號颱風，中文譯名為「風神」(Fengshen，中國命名)。目前風神颱風中心位置在台北東北東方890公里海面上，以時速25公里速度向東北東移動，朝日本方向前進，中央氣象局預估對台灣不會造成影響。

另外，位於西沙島附近海面上的熱帶性低氣壓，氣象局研判未來也有發展成輕度颱風的趨勢，但對台灣也不會造成影響。（張勵德／台北報導）
