（法新社華盛頓6日電） 美國總統歐巴馬將等到11月期中選舉後再動用行政權限改革美國移民制度，以保護參加參議員選舉的民主黨議員。

白宮官員今天宣布這項決定，立即招致移民改革倡議人士譴責。在保守州奮戰的民主黨議員先前呼籲歐巴馬避免會刺激共和黨選民的動作。

不過，白宮官員說，歐巴馬將在年底前行使總統權限，重塑國會僵局無力修正的移民制度。（譯者：中央社樂羽嘉）
