餿水油風暴如滾雪球般愈滾愈大。這次衛福部食品藥物管理署在7日下重話，呼籲業者們：如果正在使用全統與合將香豬油須立即停用，並向地方衛生局報備，如果被發現有繼續使用而未通報，將開罰6萬至5千萬。

食藥署表示，各縣市衛生局針對強冠企業股份有限公司「全統香豬油」及工研整合行銷股份有限公司「合將香豬油」等違規相關產品強力稽查後，8日零時起，倘於架上查獲全統香豬油或合將香豬油違規產品，或持續使用該等違規油品製造相關產品，將裁處6萬至5000萬元罰鍰。

食品藥物管理署呼籲食品製造業者、餐廳業者及小吃攤販業者，若使用全統香豬油或合將香豬油，應立即停止使用並退回原購買廠商，倘再查獲使用違規油品製造相關產品，亦將裁處6萬至5000萬元罰鍰。
