餿油事件　管碧玲擬修《食管法》重罰危險犯

餿水油事件持續延燒，讓全台民眾人心惶惶。民進黨立委管碧玲今說，若不修《食品衛生管理法》，必須食品「致影響健康或死亡」才有刑責，這是縱放惡質奸商，因此她會再次提案修法，將危險犯也要負刑責，才有嚇阻作用。

去年黑心油事件發生後，許多立委都曾提出《食管法》修法，將危險犯納入處罰範圍，管碧玲提的版本是將《食管法》第49條第2項中處罰「結果犯」改為「危險犯」，亦即將「致危害人體健康者」改為「至危害人體健康之虞者」，並提高罰則為10年以下有期徒刑，拘役或併科1議員以下罰金。但立法院最後並未通過此修法版本。（黃揚明／台北報導）
