准牽手不給抱　女大生獲賠6萬討道歉

彰化縣陳姓男子(32歲)在網路結識謝姓女大學生(20歲)，2人網聚出遊，謝女准陳男牽手，但男方從背後熊抱她，謝女驚嚇大叫，和解6萬元且堅持對方要道歉。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，2個月前網友相約出遊，陳男為謝女動心，當眾問他「可以牽妳的手嗎？」謝女同意但事後拒絕陳男追求；1個月後雙方又在網聚上見面，他熊抱謝女，女方到派出所控告陳涉嫌性騷擾。

2人和解，陳男賠6萬元，但謝女要求他當面道歉，陳認為「都賠錢了，還要怎樣！」社工員向他解說法令2小時，終於開口向謝女說「對不起」。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
