英國女王否認 干預蘇獨公投

英國女王嚴詞否認有政治人物請她干預蘇格蘭獨立公投，讓蘇格蘭留在聯合王國。

英國女王很少公開談論政治。這兩天有媒體報導，一些國會議員私下請女王影響蘇格蘭民意，避免蘇格蘭脫離聯合王國。白金漢宮的聲明說，女王超越政治。依照英國憲法，國家元首必須保持政治中立。所有政治人物也有責任確保英國元首不干政。

伊莉莎白雖然強調蘇格蘭獨立與否應該由蘇格蘭人決定，但是，她私底下還是希望蘇格蘭不要獨立。

一九七七年，女王登基二十五周年，發布的文告就說英格蘭、蘇格蘭史上的國王及威爾斯史上的親王都是她的祖先。
