1.先去CAR程式的設定把[自動啟動取消]，看看是否還會跳出CAR程式如果不會了就是充電線故障。

2.換一個充電線及充電器試試看。

3.長按電源關機再充電，如不行充電器及線或手機固障。

4.進入安全模式:參考連結
然後在電話撥號畫面輸入*#*#3424#*#*
進入HTC FUNCTION TEST選擇charger test測試充電功能，如能充電了那就是軟體衝突請回復原廠設定或清除可疑的app。

如果以上方法都失敗，連絡客服送修手機。
