男友求過夜女拒絕　遭刺殺摘除左肺保命

新北市一名男子今年5月份，與女友到KTV唱歌飲酒，結束之後男子希望女友留在自己租屋處過夜，但女友堅持回基隆的家，2人一言不合爆發口角，男子竟拿出預藏的水果刀刺殺女友，送醫後撿回一命，但得摘除左肺，基隆地檢署偵辦終結，依殺人未遂罪嫌將男子起訴。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，這名男子與大自己11歲的女友交往，2人一同租屋在新北市金山區，今年5月份時2人到KTV唱歌飲酒，最後不勝酒力，男子原本想與女友共度春宵，因此希望回到租屋處，但女友堅持回基隆探望家人，一言不合爆發口角。

男子竟拿出預藏的水果刀，刺入女友左胸，女友血流不止，男子趁機逃跑，附近咖啡店店員看到後幫忙報警，女友送醫後命危，最後摘除左肺才保住一命。

受害女子家屬卻2人分手並向男子提告，基隆地檢署偵辦終結，依殺人未遂罪嫌將男子起訴。
