基隆大樓牆石砸死人 掛燈箱兩工人遭起訴

基隆市最高大樓麗榮皇冠大樓去年發生外牆大理石掉落砸死婦人事件，基隆地檢署今天偵查終結，檢方認定，懸掛廣告燈箱的2名工人在固定燈箱時，只用膨脹螺絲固定在外牆大理石上，沒有深入打進大樓水泥牆結構內，導致大理石破裂掉落，是事故主因，因此依業務過失致死罪嫌起訴兩名燈箱工人；而當時皇冠大樓管委會黃姓主委、洪姓委員與吳姓總幹事三人，也因未善盡責任維護大樓設施，被檢方依業務過失罪嫌致死罪嫌起訴。

另外委託製作廣告燈箱的黃姓人士、設計燈箱的許姓廣告公司負責人，及管理皇冠大樓的基隆市政府都發處長王祥鐘，與使用管理科長陳得林等4人與被害人死亡無因果關係，處分不起訴。
