屏檢追餿水油案　強冠董事長葉文祥遭傳喚並轉列被告

屏東地檢署偵辦黑心餿水油案，12日提訊被羈押的黑心油業者郭烈成，檢方為釐清郭烈成與強冠公司董事長葉文祥的關係，因此也以證人身分傳喚葉文祥，但葉文祥在陳述供詞時反反覆覆、避重就輕，檢方懷疑另有隱情，因此將葉文祥轉列為被告。 根據《TVBS新聞台》報導，檢方12日下午3時30分提訊郭烈成，並以證人身分傳喚葉文祥及另2名證人，檢方表示，為釐清郭烈成、強冠、進威之間的關係。
 
但葉文祥在陳述供詞時反覆，且遇到重點問題避重就輕，檢方懷疑葉文祥在當中扮演關鍵角色，因此將他轉列為被告。另外，葉文祥是否有投資香港金寶運，檢方表示，目前已積極透過管道取得香港相關資料中。
