A市議會千萬公款　檢調約談黃景泰3秘書

再追市議會掏空弊案！基隆市議長黃景泰，涉嫌掏空市議會1000多萬公款，日前遭檢方收押禁見，昨天下午5時許，基隆地檢署指揮北機組，前往基隆市議會，帶走議長室秘書江佩珊等共3人約談釐清案情。
 
檢方調查，黃景泰涉嫌和多家禮品廠商合作，由廠商提供不實發票，詐領市議會公款1000多萬元，作為回黃購買名牌包和支付個人保險費，5日遭基隆地院裁定羈押禁見。
 
基隆地檢署主任檢察官周啟勇表示，「追查黃景泰涉貪弊案，並釐清相關事實。」，昨以被告身分約談江佩珊，另以證人身分請協助安排議長行程秘書廖女，及議會議事組承辦人許員說明案情，並搜索2人。昨天深夜11時許，3人被帶回基隆地檢署進行漏夜訊問。關於案情細節，周啟勇僅低調說「偵查不公開。」（陳偉周／基隆報導）
