屏東地檢署偵辦劣質豬油案，今天傳喚強冠公司董事長葉文祥，訊後以涉嫌詐欺犯罪嫌疑重大，有湮滅證據、逃亡之虞向法院聲押。

劣質豬油風波不斷擴大，從原本強冠購自地下業者郭烈成餿水廢油製成的1款「全統香豬油」，擴大為強冠24項油品都是問題油。

屏東地檢署12日下午提訊羈押中的郭烈成，並以「他」字案的犯罪嫌疑人身分，傳喚強冠董事長葉文祥，另傳訊2名證人，釐清郭烈成與強冠公司及與進威企業的關係。

檢察官下午3時30分訊問葉文祥，至晚間10時許，當庭將葉文祥轉列偵字案被告，檢察官訊後認為，葉文祥涉嫌詐欺及違反食品安全衛生管理法，犯罪嫌疑重大，且有勾串證人、湮滅證據及逃亡之虞，向法院聲請羈押。郭烈成則還押。(中央社)
