美國記者遭伊斯蘭國（ISIS）處決引發輿論關注，俄勒岡州1名父親則為名叫「艾西斯」（Isis）的3歲女兒叫屈，同名之累讓她近日飽受揶揄。

住在波特蘭郊區的艾馬米（David Emami）對媒體表示，因為艾西斯與伊斯蘭國全名（伊拉克與黎凡特伊斯蘭國，ISIS）的英文縮寫一樣，這陣子常常遭到別人冷嘲熱諷，讓他看了非常心疼且不捨。

艾馬米說，別人開的玩笑，漸漸已對他與家人造成心理負擔；有人甚至用艾西斯的名字來辱罵，也有人一提到艾西斯的名字就做出奇怪表情，但他認為他與家人不應該為了伊斯蘭國的縮寫用法而付出代價。

他表示，「艾西斯」這個名字很美，源自於1名埃及女神，所以為女兒取名，並以女兒為榮，「看到這個名字被以這些方式誤用，實在很痛苦，感覺很受傷。」

艾馬米說，伊拉克與黎凡特伊斯蘭國（IslamicState of Iraq and the Levant ， ISIL）正確的縮寫應該是ISIL，他將發起網路連署，要求媒體與社會大眾不要再使用ISIS的縮寫用法。(中央社)
