陳曉東昨為茶葉品牌開幕剪綵，他過去喜歡到貴婦百貨大啖生蠔，健檢得知膽固醇超標，他當爸爸後為了家人珍惜健康，節制飲食，不敢再亂吃，心情煩悶時改喝薰衣草茶紓壓。他的女兒已兩個月大，他買小游泳池放在家裡，每天陪女兒玩水，他說，女兒會蹬腳了，是最近最欣慰的事，且女兒腳丫大，未來應該是高（身兆）美眉。
