食安修法可望一罪多罰　刑責+高罰金都罰

近年食安風暴令人民惶恐，行政院長江宜樺昨在立法院施政報告時，鞠躬道歉。食安法規也將修法，將可一罪多罰  

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，江揆答詢時說，各界建議修改《食品衛生管理法》提高罰責、提高刑度或增加「窩裡反」條款等，都值得採行。

今日出版的《經濟日報》報導，衛福部長邱文達昨拋出《食品衛生管理法》修法構想，建議以刑法求處刑責，再以食安法裁罰罰金，未來不肖業者要面對刑罰，也會有金額較高的行政裁罰，估1周內拍板定案。

去年大統黑心混油事件時，衛福部因一罪不兩罰原則，撤銷對業者處罰的18.5億元不法利得罰鍰。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
