好帝一、黑橋牌回收疑慮產品　衛生局公布數量

台南市衛生局今天持續稽查強冠公司24項不合格豬油，稽查員發現，市區8家經銷商從3到8月共進貨1806桶強冠公司劣質豬油，已下架回收424桶。好帝一食品（牛頭牌）、黑橋牌2家製造商則共進貨1366桶，已回收189桶，合計10家下游業者，共進貨3172桶、回收613桶。
 
衛生局表示，好帝一食品及黑橋牌在11日傍晚就自主通報衛生局，表示使用到強冠公司公布的24項劣質豬油，2家公司立即下架回收產品，其中好帝一公司紅蔥肉燥已回收16160公斤、黑橋牌公司回收肉酥1270公斤，海苔肉酥763公斤，紅麴黑豬肉酥456公斤，糯米腸4060條及其不良品16.2公斤。
 
衛生局也針對台南經銷商的下游，包括原料行、餐飲店、烘焙店、販售商等業者稽查，並沒有發現違規使用油品，及相關產品於架上販售，業者都已改用其他油品。（辛啟松／台南報導）
