民團反修幼照法 將讓無照師可教學

教保合作成長協會昨前往立法院抗議，呼籲立委撤銷「幼兒教育及照顧法（簡稱幼照法）」修法提案，主張若提案通過，將讓沒有證照的人士可以進班教學，危害幼兒受教權與台灣整體的幼教品質。

教保合作成長協會發言人張馨仁痛批，修法後，無需證照即可在幼兒園教學，等同失去教保人員品質的把關機制，影響孩子的受教權利，期盼提案與連署立委能撤銷提案。

公立幼稚園老師許家蓁則認為，當局應讓已經在現場服務至少3年的合格教保人員，用試教或觀摩的方式，取代實習半年的規定，以便他們取得合格教師證。
