餿油案 屏環保局長自請處分

（中央社記者郭芷瑄屏東縣14日電）餿油案屏東縣政府被指稽查不力，環保局長林雅文今天表示，已向縣長自請處分；稽查科長余東璧也自請調職。

林雅文表示，環保局人員訓練不足，機警度不夠，橫向連繫做得不好，不符合民眾的期待，他要負完全的責任，12日已向縣長自請處分。

曾破獲大統畜牧場廢水案等重大環保案件的余東璧，擔任稽查科長7年，也以同樣理由向林雅文自請調整職務。

餿油案爆發後，屏東縣政府環保局、衛生局被指稽查不力，尤其環保局接獲民眾檢舉郭烈成地下工廠5次，前往稽查5次，卻沒有發現郭烈成地下工廠有問題，成為眾矢之的。1030914
