陳菊視察抽水機具布設陳菊視察抽水機具布設（中央社記者程啟峰高雄19日電）為防範鳳凰颱風可能帶來豐沛的雨量，高雄市今天已在氣爆災區預置7台大型抽水機，水利局說，部分箱涵已完成，排洪量加大。

高雄市長陳菊下午巡視三多、凱旋和五號船渠災區重建進度，也關心排洪問題，要求預置抽水機，

水利局說，已在三多和凱旋路預置3台抽水機，一心和凱旋路預置4台抽水機。

水利局總工程司蔡長展說，災區部分箱涵已建置完成，剩餘的部分也打底完成，預估這次排洪量會比氣爆發生時的土壕溝排洪量增加兩倍，如果遇大雨配合抽水機抽水，有助於加速排洪。

至於重建的五號船渠因施工之故，有鋼板樁和土堤堵住水流，今晚會完全清除，以利排洪。高雄市統計災區復建工程進度截至18日，進度是31.45%。

至於，災民請求權讓與說明會已陸續舉辦4場，市府說已受理314件，對於罹難者及重傷者賠償救助金，陳菊要求3個月內完成給付。

另外，因財損樣態相對複雜，陳菊要求專案辦公室積極協助災民完成申請程序，並於6個月內完成撥付；若有特殊個案，應站在災民立場給予寬限期。1030919
