M8 的電子羅盤

小弟剛到中華辦 M8 32G，
今天發現電子羅盤好像有問題，轉一轉會當掉，方向就不變了。
google map 也是，轉一轉指針就不動了。
軟體版本是 2.22.709.4 Android 4.4.3
網路上有人說是軟體問題，心想如果是軟體問題應該很多人都會這樣。
如果小弟是個案，要趁7天內趕快換機。
麻煩大家指導一下。
小弟測過安全模式，也恢復原廠過了，電子羅盤還是會當。
