馬祖海空交通停擺　暫關島

受輕颱鳳凰颱風外圍環流影響，馬祖海面巨浪，今天基隆往返馬祖的「臺馬輪」停航，馬祖往返馬尾小三通全日停航。「馬祖之星」往莒光航班公告取消，南竿、北竿海運長「金龍號」停航、南北航業10時後停航，立榮航空松山到馬祖航班全數取消，馬祖對外交通關閉關島。
 
上午，仍有旅客至南竿機場立榮櫃台劃位，大廳顯得冷清，台馬輪及小三通旅客候船大廳門可羅雀，福澳碼頭往返離島的客輪都已停泊靠位，乘客廣場空無1人，下午風力增強，南竿漁港碼頭，漁民正把在海堤下的小船吊離到地上，以防範巨浪侵襲。(胡依北／馬祖報導)
