​鳳凰發威水灌房屋　台東男子遭沖走卡涵洞命危

鳳凰颱風雖然稍微轉變路徑，但是帶來的風與雨依然強勁，台東縣卑南鄉一名50多歲許姓男子，上午11時發現美濃橋旁的大排堵塞，豪大雨與河水匯集的泥水全都灌入家中，許男急著趕到大排內要疏通，但是卻遭湍急河水供沖走，家人緊急通報搜救，後來發現許男卡在下游涵洞中，已無生命跡象，隨即將他送往台東馬偕醫院急救。（劉人瑋／台東報導）
