鳳凰襲台 台東2男受傷

（中央社記者劉世怡台北21日電）輕度颱風鳳凰襲台，中央災害應變中心今天說，截至下午3時止，有2人受傷，台東卑南鄉1男遭土石砸傷，1男遭水沖走後救起。

根據最新氣象資料顯示，第16號颱風鳳凰中心上午10時左右掠過鵝鑾鼻，目前位於台東南南東方20公里海面，以每小時20轉25公里速度，向北進行，暴風圈已籠罩台東、花蓮及台灣中部以南陸地。

災變中心指出，目前共有2人受傷；62歲的王姓男子今天中午在台東縣卑南鄉賓朗國小後方遭崩落土石砸傷，左小腿骨折，送台東馬偕醫院救治。

50歲的許姓男子今天下午在台東縣卑南鄉台九線364.5K東城橋家門前，疑清理路面時不慎被水沖走，後來在下游被發現，已送往急救。

此外，嘉義縣民雄鄉建國路三段發生休旅車與小客車對撞，3人死亡，嘉義縣不列入颱風災情（列入車禍案件）。1030921
