中華電信4G轉3G再轉4G

之前有去升級3G轉4G，晚上辦隔天早上就生效，還蠻快的。已經使用已經超過1個月，應該可以直接降回3G？不用再多等一個月吧？然後再去門市解約，辦全能平板3G吃到飽650，再轉4G636網路吃到飽送通話。想請問有沒有人有類似的經驗可以分享？

在網路上找到的資料大部分是說4G門號使用滿一個月可直接降回3G，工作天大約1~3天，比較有問題的是3G再升4G有些網友是說要等一個月才可以轉、有些是說可以直接轉，工作天也是大約1~3天。
因為時間緊迫9/30全能平板就要結束了，明天就要去門市辦了，有人可以幫我解答嗎，謝謝！
