Super 教師黃慧娟 打點阿緱囝仔發「聲」

〔自由時報記者羅欣貞／屏東報導〕信義國小教師黃慧娟雖然不懂音樂，但憑著「雞婆」性格，協助成立全國年紀最小的人聲樂團「阿緱囝仔」，讓小小人聲樂團在舞台上發光發熱；黃慧娟今年獲全國教師工會總聯合會「Super教師」榮譽。

黃慧娟八十六年投入教職，在信義國小服務十年，去年縣府想成立兒童人聲樂團，該校首先響應，她於是接下重任，打點十五位團員的所需，從練習前後的接送、服裝造型、拍照到餐點安排等，她笑說，自己不懂音樂，「只好打雜啦！」

樂團裡有學習障礙的小朋友，她不斷鼓勵與陪伴，如今一年多過去，有的孩子升上國中，時間一到會再回到團隊練習。

黃慧娟說，學校還有很多出錢出力的老師和家長，Super教師的榮譽要和他們共享，最大的願望是有一天能唱到國外，展現阿緱囝仔的潛能。
