鹽奶案 狠伯母求法官給機會

〔自由時報記者張文川／台北報導〕女嬰緗緗遭大伯母鄒雅婷4度在奶粉中加鹽致高血鈉症死亡案，台北地院昨天辯論終結，鄒雅婷全盤認罪，希望法官再給她一次機會，全案定10月28日宣判。

鄒雅婷昨天一看到法官提示的緗緗死亡照片，立即淚崩說：「我知道做錯事，我也很痛苦，做了這麼糊塗的事。」

檢察官論告時指出，鄒女有不確定殺害兒童的故意，建議法官加重其刑；鄒女的律師主張她沒有殺人的犯意，也無法預見致死結果，希望法官考量其悔意，以傷害致死論罪從輕量刑。
