關島又有熱低壓 成颱機率高

鳯鳳凰颱風遠離，但台灣天氣持續受殘留水氣影響而不穩定，目前在關島又冒出個熱帶性低氣壓，隨時會升級成為今年第17號颱風，並命名為「北冕」。氣象局表示，該熱低壓目前距離台灣2千多公里遠，週末前不會影響台灣。

昨天下午北台灣降下傾盆大雨，大雨來得又急又快，許多機車騎士被困在路邊動彈不得。氣象局表示，今天台灣持續受西南風影響，中南部會降下短暫陣雨，宜蘭、花蓮有較大雨勢，北部午後有短暫雷陣雨；週四、週五西半部地區高溫約攝氏33度，低溫在25-26度左右，會覺得偏涼。
