餿油風暴　生質柴油政策可能起死回生

餿水油風暴燒出廢食用油再利用問題，生質柴油作為燃油政策可能起死回生，立法院社福衛環委員會今邀集衛福部、環保署、經濟部等單位，就「餿水油的責任、漏洞與解決之道」進行專案報告，廢食用油可提煉為生質柴油添加於燃料油中，但因柴油車業者反映生質柴油會造成油路堵塞，經濟部今年5月已公告政策喊卡，次長沈榮津今指，已組專案小組釐清生質柴油的管理，將考量車輛適用性等問題，於明年底前決定生質柴油添加燃油政策是否繼續推動。
 
環保署長魏國彥指，該署統計廢食用油每年約有6.7～8.8萬噸，用於生產生質柴油約2.88萬頓，未來將推動焚化爐或台電使用生質柴油作為替代燃料，另考量依中油煉研所建議，直接將10％廢食用油添入燃油中，可免再製成生質柴油的製程、成本，並優先研議以台電燃油電廠示範推動，擴大廢食用油利用層面。（蔡明樺／台北報導）
