餐廳名稱：Forn De Sant Jaume 消費時間：2014/03 地址： Rambla de Catalunya, 50 08007 Barcelona Spain L'Eixample 營業時間：09:00~20:30 禮拜天休每人平均價位：200~300元台幣推薦菜色：焦糖奶油餡蛋糕圖文好讀版，前為食記，後遊記可以忽略喔 http://jay7134.pixnet.net/blog/post/187472706 一早參觀完聖家堂，到人氣TAPAS餐廳吃個下下午茶，就開始閒逛巴塞隆納舊城區，我們沿著蘭布郎大道走，誤打誤撞看到一家甜點店Forn De Sant Jaume，沒想到甜點不錯吃！在tripadvisor上排名也蠻前面的。Forn De Sant Jaume主要販售蛋糕甜點、餅乾、水果軟糖，也提供早午餐雖然小蛋糕外觀不如巴黎街頭的甜點店整齊漂亮，但賣像看起來還可以，水果軟糖的口味很多適合送禮的巧克力、糖果禮盒我們外帶到蘭布朗大道邊吃了起來一塊蛋糕、一個大泡芙的價錢約莫三百多台幣大泡芙跟女孩的拳頭一樣大，份量十足。泡芙外皮不若我們熟悉的日式泡芙鬆軟，質地頗硬，裡頭的奶油餡偏甜，奶味蠻濃郁的，但因份量很大，吃到後來有點膩這塊焦糖奶油蛋糕看起來很好吃，所以特別買來試試看，外皮類似吐司淋上大量砂糖後炙烤成焦糖層，內層的奶油卡士達餡很甜，但與焦糖一起吃相當美味，如果可以搭配黑咖啡或無糖茶會更棒！這塊蛋糕我們回台灣後還是很想念，雖然沒有法式甜點漂亮，但甜膩的內餡很好吃～(很適合嗜糖如命的甜點愛好者) -- 自助旅行、飛行、美食 http://jay7134.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.249.173.121 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1411536862.A.B62.html
