看了新竹好多接近園區的房子

只能把預算不斷的追高 哭哭

這幾天看了新竹芬蘭 社區的環境

格局至少很方正

非常的動心

但是上網查資料之後

發現有些人說他屬於科專用地

的策略性辦公室(十樓以下)

而我要買的是十樓以下的

想請問像這樣的房子

買了之後是不是有很多的疑慮

因為搞不太清楚這個除了貸款的成數有較少之外

是不是有違法的問題

因為非住宅卻住人 會不會以後電價或水費都會比較高

想麻煩各位若有了解的 可以不吝分享
