鄭捷殺人求死 第二次開庭考慮心理鑑定

中廣新聞網 – 

鄭捷5月21號在台北捷運隨機殺人案，造成4死22傷，經新北地檢署依殺人等罪起訴，並求處死刑，新北地院今第2次開庭，合議庭將決定是否讓鄭捷進行心理鑑定，了解鄭捷有無教化的可能，作為往後判刑的參考。

鄭捷的羈押期限將在10月21號期滿，合議庭也將處理延押問題，了解檢辯意見。
