請問宜蘭縣冬山鄉清溝國小附近, 最近有甚麼新建案(透天), 或者是推薦的建案(屋齡在10年之內)。

先前去宜蘭旅遊, 行經冬山的清溝國小, 感覺環境很不錯, 有了想要在那邊置產的想法。(台北實在好貴好貴XD)

目前是在台北工作, 聽說清溝國小那附近, 如果騎腳踏車或摩托車也可到客運站, 然後就可搭客運到台北, 感覺更心動了。

再請大家幫忙推薦看看新建案和10年內新成屋的建案囉, 謝謝大家~
