在美國紐約當地時間2014年9月27日，曼哈頓第5街交A大道(Aveue A)一間名為『Gestations』的商店玻璃窗戶上的廣告上寫著：『紐約市第一家專為孕婦服務的酒吧』。

環球網據哥倫比亞廣播公司報導，記者根據其在Facebook上的聯繫方式，撥打了負責人的電話，得到了這樣的答案：『我們提供長達9個月的歡樂時光，因為現在你是代表兩個人在喝酒。』

在該酒吧的廣告牌上，可清楚看到條碼列印軟體Bartrender的Logo標識，記者推測這也是一種可能性。不過，記者根據位址進行搜索，發現業主尚未進行任何酒牌執照的申請手續；而透過玻璃櫥窗往內看，卻只見房間內空蕩蕩，且沾滿灰塵。
