掏寶的貨離開台灣國內是什麼意思?

各位大大好
大大請問~我購買掏寶的東西已經是第3次了~雖然每次金額都不多~但這次有包括要送朋友的一些禮物加一加也要3千了~但這次貨運有些問題~到達機場後過了2天寫說離開台灣國內~那是否被退回大陸了呢???還是貨裡面有不能寄送的東西所以又退回去集運處了~因為我真的不知道我跟那位大陸的賣家說膠水跟白膠不要他是否忘了拿掉又給我寄送過來所以海關不給進~這一件有問題的貨可以拜託那邊的人把不該寄送的東西拿掉在送過來台灣嗎?是否還要一次運費呢?????雖然我有問集貨那邊的人~他們回答我是說免費在寄過來~但我不知道是否真的是這樣~希望有同樣問題的大大可以給我答案謝謝。
