黃景泰詐公款案 檢傳陳秋伶

（中央社記者王朝鈺基隆市3日電）基隆地檢署偵辦黃景泰涉嫌以不實發票核銷公款案，今天以證人身分傳喚黃妻陳秋伶及陳秋伶弟弟，兩人正在北機站接受偵訊。

基隆地檢署發言人周啟勇表示，檢方昨晚去電告知陳秋伶將傳喚她說明發票核銷案，由於當時陳秋伶正在跑選舉拜票行程，檢方配合陳秋伶改在上午以證人身分，傳喚她到調查局北機站，並在她抵達北機站時發給「傳喚通知書」。

周啟勇說，兩人現正在北機站接受偵訊，預計晚間將移送基隆地檢署複訊。

檢方查出黃景泰涉嫌和多家禮品廠商共謀，由廠商提供不實估價單及發票，共同詐領市議會公款，粗估犯罪所得逾新台幣1000萬元，黃用以購買名牌包和支付儲蓄保險費。1031003
