求救 LUMIA920的問題

想請問各位前輩

我的920從昨天起突然無法從電腦複製檔案到手機
當我要移入資料時,就會跳出我沒有建立此項目的權限的訊息畫面
在這之前都是正常儲存
唯一不同的是電腦有安裝新的防毒軟體
用的是公司電腦, 系統是WIN7
不知道各位大大是否有相同的經驗
煩請各位提供些意見
