請問一下有沒有哪款搜尋手機的app是可以在無網路但有gps的訊號下發出現地訊號的?

想問各位一個問題~~

小弟我是使用一台android系統的車用音響~裡面有內建gps導航系統~車子可以藉由手機分享熱點來上網~

但是小弟想到了一個問題~如果假設自己的車子被偷時~車上是不會有wifi或3g訊號的~只有gps訊號(車子啟動後就會自動開)~那有沒有哪一款的app是可以藉由gps訊號在網路上找到車子呢??

簡單來說就是我在家裡用google可以看到我的車子(沒有wifi跟3g訊號)目前移動的路徑~~

會有這樣的想法是因為聽說尋找我的iphone如果sim卡被抽掉時~一樣可以被偵測的到~那就表示說~該iphone當時是沒有手機跟3g訊號的~不是嗎??
