EXO成員LU HAN向首爾中央地方法院提出申請，要求與東家SM娛樂合約無效。

LU HAN並未公開提告緣由。日前他以健康問題缺席了EXO的活動，而在此前SM娛樂曼谷演唱會上也以失眠、頭疼的理由未出席，一度傳出其退隊的消息。

如果LU HAN的申請正式成立，他將是繼KRIS之後第二個退隊的成員，且又是中國成員，那麼EXO-M只剩下4人。
