新北市板橋區國慶路與重慶路巷口在昨天深夜10時許，埋設在該處地底的自來水管突然爆裂，強大水壓甚至將柏油路面拱起破裂，範圍寬約4公尺、長為10公尺，因為地層下陷，導致一旁公寓地下室的補習班也受到波及，大量自來水從教室天花板沖入，警消獲報隨即趕抵現場封鎖道路。
