【Dr說】長青春痘抹牙膏有用？

牙膏含有氟、氯等成分，可防蛀牙、口臭，網路傳言，牙膏因有殺菌效果，如果臉上長青春痘，可塗抹牙膏治痘。開業皮膚科醫師趙昭明說，引發青春痘的細菌多為痤瘡桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌等，和口腔內的細菌不同，以牙膏塗抹青春痘，不但沒有治療效果，還可能導致青春痘症狀惡化、皮膚潰爛。
 
趙昭明說，治療青春痘，切忌使用偏方，須以專用於青春痘治療的抗生素藥物，要預防青春痘則應維持正常生活作息，避免熬夜，並少吃甜食、油炸食物，以及加強臉部清潔，避免油脂阻塞毛孔，引發青春痘。（沈能元／台北報導）
