求助~~ 曾經自己創建屬於自己球隊的前輩們

各位前輩們好
小弟我是高中生
我們學校沒有籃球隊只有籃球社
我們的籃球社都沒有在練球
因為我們沒有專業的教練或是有球隊經驗的指導老師

而今年我們想將學校想要打球的同學聚集成一支隊伍
可以參加一些小比賽或是跟其他學校比賽

所以想借鏡有創建自己球隊的前輩們
你們是怎麼做到的呢?

我們目前最大的問題是
不知道我們要怎麼去安排練習
個人或團體都不太清楚

學校的老師都有找過
不管是不是體育老師
都沒有打過籃球隊或是參加過籃球訓練

希望各位前輩們可以教導小弟
