本報訊

（中央社倫敦綜合外電報導）美聯社取得的內部文件顯示，聯合國世界衛生組織（WHO）疑似承認，由於職員的不稱職、官僚作風等因素，導致伊波拉疫情爆發初期的應對工作有多項疏失。

這份並未對外公開的草稿文件中，世衛把現在一發不可收拾的伊波拉疫情歸咎於多個因素，包括職員不稱職、官僚作風，以及可靠資訊不足。

不過世衛今天發布聲明說：「世衛不會接受訪問，也不會解釋這份文件的細節，直到它寫完為止。」聲明說：「世衛相信透明、相信責任，待文件完成查證，就會公布這份報告。」

伊波拉目前已在西非奪走4546條人命，至少9191起感染病例。世衛估計，除非拿出更強而有力的措施來打擊這波疫情，12月時，每週恐報萬起新例。（譯者：中央社蔡佳敏）1031019
