（中央社紐約27日綜合外電報導）美國紐約市的貝爾維尤醫院（Bellevue Hospital）發布聲明說，一個過去21天內去過西非的孩童抵達紐約後出現發燒現象，已進入這家醫院接受觀察，將檢驗是否感染伊波拉病毒。

醫院說，這位病患通報出現發燒症狀，昨晚由穿著防護衣的救護人員將他送到醫院。

聲明說，由於這個孩童最近的旅行紀錄，以及他出現的症狀，將接受伊波拉病毒的檢驗。

美國廣播公司新聞網（ABC News）報導，根據紐約市衛生局官員表示，這名5歲男童於25日抵達美國後，發高燒至攝氏39度。

「紐約郵報」（New York Post）報導，這名男童在布朗克斯的家中出現嘔吐症狀，由緊急救護人員送醫。

美國境內已有4人被診斷出感染伊波拉。第一位患者是到德州探親的賴比瑞亞觀光客，已於9月不治，收治過程曾出現一些失誤。2名護士照護這位患者時感染病毒，但現在都已痊癒。（譯者：中央社林儀茹）1031027
