受到東北季風漸增強影響，中央氣象局剛剛發布陸上強風特報，氣象局表示，明下午起台灣沿海空曠地區及蘭嶼、綠島、澎湖、金門、馬祖將有9到10級強陣風出現，請民眾注意。
